Our Group

Crossroads North Argyll runs a Monday Support Group which brings together carers and cared-for each week to visit local places of interest or going to local coffee shops for a chat. 

The carers find this is a great form of support, being with other carers who understand what each other are going through.

The carers are collected from their homes as this makes it easier for them to attend each week. 

​

On speaking to carers, they would like to get out more with other people to share issues that affect them in their caring role. It helps to breakdown some of the isolation carers feel at times.
